Am 30 miles from your Findlay, Ohio site and needed some folters quickly. Called the number listed for Findlay hoping to see if I could pick the filters up, got someone in MA who referred me to a sales rep in MI. Left a message for the MI sales but no return phone call, Came back to web site 4 hours later and had my order dropped in check out, so had to reenter everything. Disappointing at best, Frustrating for sure.
