Interface when customizing the controller is a little glitchy at times. Prices changed randomly even though the additions said $0.00.

Its a great site! I love the quality of each controller I have purchased. Customer service is also very good, very fast with live chat. Sometimes it doesn't work though I've noticed. Other than that its amazing.

Experience was great. I asked a question of customer support before ordering regarding customization on this order. I'd like to keep the soft red faceplate but wanted to she'd that all of the buttons and triggers are a matte black with no symbols on anything. I was told that was possible, may I please get email confirmation that this will be done prior to the controller shipping? Thanks very much.

I am just SO HAPPY you guys sell left handed controllers!!! I have one arm, the left one and so I only am able to play like w games, certainly not any 1st person shooter games bc the trigger is always the right trigger. So far I've only been able to play Skyrim really (one of the only games with fully customizable controls) but with this left handed controller, no games will be off limits for me. I'm so excited!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Original product that I received wasn't the product I ordered. Yes it was almost the same but there were aot of things either done poorly or incorrectly from what I ordered. On top of that, it didn't work I was sent a replacement that was correct about 3 weeks later.
