I order 12 Silver Holographic Fringe Curtain panels along with the Versatop™ 2.0® - 3-Panel Pipe and Drape Kit / Backdrop. The fringe panels were sewn too tight and don't fit over any of the pipes. I've been emailing customer service for the last 3 weeks and so far all they told me was that they "recommend starting from the opposite end of the cross bar" which I tried several times with each panel, then had some colleagues try the same. At no point could we make any of the panels fit over the bars. The issue is that the pockets are 2 inches in diameter (no option for bigger) and the bars are 2 inches in diameter but because there's an adjustable track the bar is actually about 2.25. There's zero give on the fabric of the panel so it's no possible for them to fit without ripping the stitching. I even called the customer service line before ordering online. I told the rep what I was ordering and at no point did she say there would be an fit issue.
I was hoping that EDD would be my new supplier because of they have such a large selection but so far the whole experience has been a huge disappointment.
