I placed my order entirely online; did not need to contact one of your representatives. However, the survey does not allow one to advance to the next screen without selecting a name from the drop down list. I was totally satisfied with the vast array of product choices, the ease of order placement, the quality of the Kohler faucet I purchased and the quick delivery. I definitely will use efaucets again!
