Earphone Solutions was easy and fast and provided great service, a great product (Sure SE215). They even wrote a hand written "Thank You!". This is the second set I've owned. The first set lasted me about four years. The sound is very good. They stay on my ears when exercising and beyond all else the cables are very durable. Most other ear bud cables break somewhere along the wire because bending and twisting the wires, under normal use, causes them to break. The Sure cables are much more durable.

I looked around for what I was looking for and found everyone had the same price, but it was nice to have a bonus with purchase with this one. If you still offer that I will order from you again. I had a 6 year old pair of UM2 and I lost them.
After much reading, I decided to order a pair of umpro20 and I received , in addition to my order, a free pair of Audeo PFE 122 In-flight Edition, that I donated to my daughter.
The Audeo are very nice headphones and allow my daughter to lower the volume and hear more of the music.
I made the right choice and got a reward, thanks for the great service.

The goods were not received yet because I placed an pre-order of goods that was delayed by the manufacturer. However the service from Earphone Solution was great and I got their prompt reply from them during midnight in States while I was making my enquiry in Hong Kong. Their good service encouraged me to wait in a calm manner and soothes my anxious well. Certainly, I would like to repeat business with them in future.
