was a little nervous when i spoke with a man from Ohio that your site might be bogus...but he was telling the truth...just wanted to have me go through the internet channels...camcorder is like new,,,,,works great and got me to see my tapes again...well done...price was a bargain...need magnetic super 8 tapes and blank VHS tapes to transpose the old tapes onto VHS.

We thought we had a problem with the Sony VX1000 we purchased. Contacted Josh; sent it back UPS. DSB checked it out. Turns out it was a user error caused by our not understanding the full functions of the camcorder. Josh was very gracious in explaining what happened and ran our camcorder back through the refurbish tests.

These guys are great! I had a question and called them on a Saturday....couldn't believe it but someone picked up the phone and helpede out. My daughter is going to need a camcorder soon and we'll be coming here to get it.
