Customer service was awesome with my questions,my shipment came on time with ups but the outter carton torn open and the plastic around the topper was torn also. Customer service emailed me as soon as I emailed them,they said if the topper was damaged they would replace it right away. Luckily all was good and the topper is awesome .I highly recommend this product.
