Ms. Wanda Lopez did a great job helping me with my order over the phone in English and Spanish. Customer service very good hope Julio the tech guy is as good as she says. Julio is suppose to arrive today between 9 and 11 AM to install Doctor Aromas products to my A.C. The reason I did not give you a higher rating on similar products/service and how would you rate Doctor Aromas is because I have not receive all of Doctor Aromas service and Julio the tech guy as well.

I recently met Marcelo at an event and he took the time to explain everything to me and then introduced me to Wanda who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answers quickly to emails and every question I had was explained in detail.
I had a sample can that was left over from an event and my boss gave to me to try at home to make sure I was completely satisfied before purchasing Dr Aromas Canisters, and I kid you not that his products work wonders! I have 4 dogs who currently live inside my home and I can't help to feel as my dogs are taking over the smell of my home. With just a couple of sprays into the A/C vent and WOW my house smells absolutely amazing!!!
