Very easy to pick the options and having the price change is awesome as well. Once product was received I charged the battery to 100%. Unplugged the laptop and had 10 minutes before it shut down. Not impressed

I would have liked a 'pick up in store' option when checking out. That would save on shipping, plus allow me to contact the store and have them load more stuff on the hard drive. (i.e. more business for you).
Received the laptop and power supply in a box with insufficient packing, no plastic to protect the items, no foam. Electronics such as this should be shipped with foam. (My company does, and our electronics are industrial - way more rugged than a laptop.) Already having issues - touch pad is very sensitive (typical failure mode of laptops), may need to return the laptop to a store.

The overall experience was just a little less than stellar. There were three small issues, 1) When I picked up my Computer, I did not receive a power cord. I called the North Austin store and they said I could pick one up at the Round Rock store. Great, did not have to drive to North Austin; 2) When I powered up the computer, there was no WiFi, called again, but this time I had to go North Austin to pick up the WiFi. and 3) When I call about the WiFi, Josh said just bring in the computer it takes less than 5 minutes to install. Carried the computer into the store, told the clerk the problem, he walked over to a shelf grabbed a USB WiFi and said here you go. No install just here you go. I would not have brought in my computer if I had known it was just a USB plug and play.
Other than the above, everything else works as advertised.
