I was most unsatisfied with the price. The item itself was reduced to $14 and so no problem so far. But the $40+ dollars for shipping a poster through UPS and the $44 + dollars they charged me for duty and taxes on a $14 item is criminal.
You should warn potential clients about your decision to use a high profile forwarder who must have declared the retail value instead of the discounted value for purposes of clearing customs and calculate Canadian/Ontario sales tax of less than 15%.
It makes no sense that I paid over $80 to receive a $14 item. Your agent misrepresented my purchase and costed me a fortune.
