I placed my order and my money was directly taken out of my account, not just on a hold until it shipped. After about a week of receiving no tracking I messaged and asked about a eta. The replay was "weeks". Thats it, just weeks. I was then frustrated and replied back they had already taken my money and couldn't even give me a specific 2 weeks, 4 weeks...I then receiving a message that said it would only be one week. Well that was a little better than just "weeks". I receiving the package just a couple days later and I'm very satisfied with the product. It actually only too about 2 weeks to receiving pkg. So shipping was pretty fast but not a fan of them taking money before shipping.
