Ordered product on December 20 , 2016. Got a confirmation email which is great. Signed up for web orders( thinking I may order again). It is Jan. 3, 2017 and not only do I not have my product, you have charged and got my money, and when I check the status on line it state that I have 0 orders.
To top it all off, you send me this survey. No phone call, no email saying due to the holiday's your pourchase may take a few extra days.

Placed an order on September 8, 2014 for 4 dozen Vollrath steak knives online. Was not provided a shipping date/time that we would receive our order. Called on September 15 to find out where order was and informed that a "Jacob" signed for them at the warehouse. Was told the item was received but we do not have a Jacob that works here. Was then informed that the items were sent to the warehouse and not properly shipped to our location. Placed another phone call on September 24 to find out where our order was. Was informed it should arrive "any day now". Waited nearly 3 weeks to receive an order that we paid $253.20 with ground shipping $12.42 and total $265.62. Not satisfied on the time frame it took to receive this order or the company's people's knowledge of where our items were.

Several times I tried to have a shipping address different from the billing address, using PayPal. The system wouldn't let me - I could only use a credit card. Also, I called about this and was told I could do it online. After that answer, the rep hung up abruptly. I tried online again, and that differnt rep told me to put the order in & she would adjust it after receiving it. When I said I would cancel the order instead of doing that, she then said she could help me and put me on hold for a few minutes before returning. I've included a request for some addtional info on the shipping label as well as a gift card note and hope you can fulfill those requests. Thank you.

I tried to order a product CAL-MIL 1714-60 that was sowing on the website as $49.34. I spoke to online chat and shared that when I put in in the cart the price went up to $66.60 so Dina tried to get it to come up and then I emailed her a pdf of the price. In the mean time, she stated she got to her manager and they could not honor the price on your website , but the web company will send me a coupon for later purposes. 30 minutes later and I get rewarded by having to pay full price and point out a mistake on your website. That is great customer service and that is why I rated my experience a one. She and her manager could have done something to make it right but decided not to and this is the impression your company has left me.
