They seemed to really make a good effort to repeat the problems I had with the order page in my browser, Safari, and I appreciated that. In the end, I had to switch to a different browser to order, so that was a hassle. But I really appreciated their follow up service, giving a small discount, and shipping within an hour or two of ordering! Their communication all along has been amazing, especially right now when most companies are having terrible customer service.
