I was only unhappy with my agent because of the processing fee which she never mentioned to me. I spoke with Julia from the customer service department who made a follow-up call if I received my policy documents and if I have questions about the coverage. She is very friendly and professional. Just make sure that all of your agents are transparent with the fees so clients will not have undesirable experience.

I almost forgot about my insurance until I got a follow up call from Julia and she made sure if I received all the documents about my policy. I have not checked my emails yet for almost a month now but she offered to resend it to me just to make sure I got all of it.
