I was previously insured with only liability coverage on both my vehicles (through a different company). Then I got a quote for full coverage through these guys. For only $20 more a month I now have full coverage on both vehicles -- and my husband's tools are covered in case of theft as well. What a shame I didn't find this deal sooner! I tried to get insurance coverage locally through agents in my area for weeks. I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Then I started getting spam phone calls by the hundreds on a daily basis (which really frustrated me; I wasn't looking for an agent who's out of state). I found this website thinking it was local as there were signs posted at major intersections in my area. So glad I proceeded with purchasing the policies! You'd never guess Renzo is out of state. He's always reachable by phone or email and is quick to answer any questions I've had. He doesn't sugar coat it when the answer is less than ideal and he doesn't beat around the bush. He's the only insurance agent I've ever dealt with who genuinely seems to care about his clients. He conducts his business with integrity and follow-through, something you rarely see anymore. I can't say enough good things about the impression Renzo has made regarding the company he works for. I hope his employer takes good care of him. They'd be hard-pressed to find anyone of his caliber to replace him. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share my feedback!
