BUT!!!!
SLOWEST shipping Iv ever experienced!
The only way I will order from them again Is if I cannot find it anywhere else because that's not right I believe they intentionally held it back because I did not get the fast shipping
They sent me an email before it was shipped out...
if I want it in a few days to pay the extra and I opted out of that option I had it shipped regular.
Everything else I've ordered this year from Other businesses has been super fast shipping with regular shipping.
Not good return business for me... thumbs down!
Also no protection for the product in the box.
Luckily it was not damaged I thought there may be pieces missing but thank goodness nothing was missing there were 3 holes torn in the box from shipping and if anything heavy put on it it could have bent but luckily for me it was in good shape so I really like the product but was not happy with shipping or packing!

I found exactly what I was looking for. Once you were able to find and identify the product in stock I did receive it in a timely manner. However, the Hot Tub has an air leak which I will try to find and hopefully fix! I will say your customer service has been outstanding always responding immediately.

We are very happy with our purchase and customer service.

Ordering process was easy. I did have an issue with a previous order, but this order went through fine and delivery was timely. I had previously ordered this product but after waiting for 3 weeks I inquired and was told that the PayPal transaction didn't capture so the order was canceled. I was not informed of this, so waited needlessly. As stated before, the second time it went well.

My order still hasn’t come!!!! And no updates. I’m not satisfied obviously.

Still waiting for an update on shipping, it had been 2 months. Will be cancelling order for a refund. Will not be doing business with comstrom again. Unacceptable.
