Stacy and Jaenelle are awesome, very helpful and informative. I only have one suggestion. On the website, when you are out of a product, the product does not show up. I would suggest showing the product with a "sold out" across it so there isn't any confusion. At first, I thought my favorite product was discontinued until I was informed it was simply sold out. I contacted CB and they informed me they were simply sold out due to a large order. Stacy was kind enough to send me a note once the product was available so I didn't have to keep checking back. The CB team is awesome!!

Coffee Beanery is great! Wherever I've had a question their customer service was so helpful. It's hard to find flavored Swiss water processed decaf (which doesn't use tons of chemicals to make it decaf), and theirs tastes amazing!
