Good service, great prices, but it would be very nice to get a tracking # on the shipment when it leaves your warehouse. I get an "Order Confirmation" email from your site regarding purchase, but no tracking #.
A tracking # is not a must-have for me, as long as my package arrives, I'm OK with it. I've bought from your company other times, and my shipments have arrived quick.
Your survey is OK, but there is one more question you should be asking your customers, and I think it's the most important question I could ever ask mine -
"Would you buy from me/us again?"
It's far easier to sell something to a past customer than a new one. The ice is broken, the trust is established, and
I don't think twice about buying from your website anymore.
