I was pleased with how I was updated on the progress with my order to let me know where my curio was and how close it was to being delivered. The only problem I had was with delivery. The delivery service rescheduled three different times. The first day I took off work and lost a days pay and they never showed up. They were supposed to be there between 8:30am-12:30pm. They finally called at 4pm and said they weren't going to be able to come that day. They rescheduled and gave me an early time again and didn't make that time either. They then text and emailed me to say they would instead be there later in the day. It finally came. I was supposed to get the white glove delivery service which was kind of messed up. They brought the curio in and acted like they were just going to leave it without unpacking it. I said, you guys are supposed to unpack it and place the curio where I need it to go. He said oh ok, let me look at my paperwork. He then said ok you're right. They then unpacked the curio and set it where I wanted it and hauled the trash away. Everything was great with my purchase except for the actual delivery with the rescheduling.
