I wanted to order 2 knobs to see which one would work the best. The shipping is a flat rate and would have increased my cost significantly for these 2 knobs (probably weighing a few ozs). Instead I ordered the total number I needed for each knob. I sure hope you take returns because I will be returning one, if not both knobs. This is a high price to pay to shop online.

I have been looking for these knobs for over a month and finally your site came up and I purchased them immediately. Thank you great job. I hope they are the same size I need. NOW THAT THE ORDER HAS COME THEY ARE THE SAME. tHEY MATCH EXACTLY...GREAT IN THAT WAY. The problem is that while these knobs were for drawers it would have been great if they had the longer screws. I had to go and buy extra screws and while they company was here to install they charges us additonal labor to return and install. Make sure the screws are the longer and the shorter as other company's send so that you can use them in all the applications you are looking for,
