Okay so far. Will know more once I have received the items purchased.
I was satisfied with the t-shirt purchased and received. Very good quality.
But was also disappointed to find out after receiving my package in the mail and by looking at the invoice statement attached, written in red ink, that one of the items purchased was discontinued.
Since there was no actual direct contact phone number, I proceeded action by sending an email request on how I should get my refund/or replacement. This should've been mentioned on the invoice right away to the customers. I did receive a quick response confirming my request.
