The purchase was a bit challenging. The site is far from clear about which accessories go with which device. Thankfully, Crystal was excellent to work with on the sales side. I prefer a website that doesn't need humans to clarify things, but Crystal made that part of the process acceptable.
The product the took three months to get the first delivery and another month for the second. Less than ideal, again, but I was not in a rush, so not a huge problem. However, the package was delivered to the wrong address and, since there was no communication that it was coming, I had to reach out and was told it was delivered three weeks earlier. Suffice it to say, it was gone. Steve, in customer support, was again very helpful. It understandably took some time to take care of the issues, but a new one was shipped.
It then showed up damaged. Suffice it to say, the overall experience was less than ideal. Working with Steve and Crystal was a pleasure, but that only offsets a certain amount of the overall experience. And, in a world where processes are mechanized, there was way too much touch to the transaction -- which resulted in receipt of a damaged product.

I was very happy with the "spm-45" machine, I wasn't impressed with "die" choices" you sent me. I ordered the half-round " ds-15 half-round " die and recieved a ds-15 die that was rec. in shape and was way too big for our "11 0z. Pasties. was sent a rs-13 die that was just a little bit smaller but was still way too large. If you do not make a "half-round die" you shouldn't advertise that you do.
