Very easy installation. My phone has an Otter Box and it charges through it. I don't like that the phone MUST be in a VERY specific spot in order to charge. Two weeks into my installation, my phone occasionally has a hard time finding the right spot to sit. I also don't like that it has to be shut off manually when the engine is shut off. that is a function of the truck, not the product. I'm gonna give it 6 months to see how long it lasts.

My only complaint would be is that, this pad is going in 2500 and 3500 trucks, and the phone slides around and will not charge at the corner of the charger, but smooth road, and its golden, charges my phone fast, havent tried to see if it would do two next next to each other, overall very happy glad I got it, and is a snap it install, just be easy with the plug in the console its a tight space with big hands!

Great product, the only reason I rated it 4 stars is while driving the phone doesn’t stay on the charging portion of the pad. I understand the logic behind it but it is still a little annoying. All and all, I’m glad I brought the charging pad and would highly recommend it.
