Awesome from start to finish. I really liked being able to pick the options I wanted for my truck. If you read the fine print on the other mirrors, they don't really work if you already have power folding. You also can't customize what you want on those mirrors either.

This question makes no sense to me, but I purchased the option for both as I typically look at both. You can see the wires they routed to the lower glass which lowers the fit and finish but perhaps that is not avoidable.

My wallet is crying. I think the pricing is over the actual value of the mirrors in my opinion. Other than that the product seems to be fine.

My factory mirrors only had defrost in the upper glass. I rarely use defrost but the time I did, I wished that the lower mirror had defrost, too. I'm glad I had the option of defrost on the lower mirrors.

You can tell the company cares about what they are selling. Ed was so kind and helpful when I called snss had some issues that were my fault. My truck looks great and I wish you guys sold more products just so I could work with you again.

Works great, had a foggy morning this morning, got in the truck and within the first mile of driving I could clearly see in both the upper and lower mirrors. They defogged faster than my truck was warm enough to defog my windows.

as far as customer support goes they are beyond great even after hrs they were there to help answer my questions even when finding out it was my fault I was having the issue they were great to work with and did great on following up for not just the best day but the next 2 days they kept checking back in with me
