Wonderful customer service representative that assisted me with the reservation. Did not like however that when I initially attempted to book online that the booking was in a "confirming state" for over 5 minutes. Told by the representative that my credit card was not charged and that the failure to confirm my booking was to get me to phone in and make the reservation. Keying in my credit card info needlessly is an unsafe gesture in my opinion.

We booked the Villa Del Palmar Cancun! Boy what a place. Everyone at the resort was super nice the food was great, the room was very very nice. Over all very very happy. Especially the price. You can't beat the price from BookVIP .
