I like that I can update my product w/o renavigating to that product to have to change things. I also like that there are so many different sizes available. I was able to find the perfect fits for my two holes of my industrial piercing since I can't have the bar in my ear no matter the color or material at the job I work. And your customer service department is great when they e-mailed me about my earlier comments about not having a 20G industrial barbell and offered me a product replacement. Great job!!!
