Went to get my gooseneck hitch installed, over the phone quote was two hours of labor, I get there and they try and tell me it may take 6 hours cause they never done this brand hitch. It was a draw tite hide a goose, Same as b&w. Cut TWO holes in my bed because he messed up and cut the hole way before he had the hitch bolted into place. Guy who did it was nice, but now I have a hackjob of a installation. Was charged two and half hours of labor when it should have only been two due to the mistake he made. Will never ever go back or refer other people to big reds. What a shame

CONSUMER BEWARE - this company offers NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We purchased a refurbished Mitsubishi tractor with five implements in April. The tractor worked great for two weeks, then the power steering quit working, and it could not be steered. Despite several phone calls, Big Red's refused to do anything but provide parts. There was no troubleshooting over the phone, or no effort whatsoever to help us. We had to call an independent technician who found that there was no hydraulic oil in the power steering, and filled it up (at our cost). The tractor worked again until today when the hydraulic oil was found to be gone again, with absolutely no sign of any leakage. The oil disappears somewhere inside the hydraulic system, but Big Red's refuses to help us and stand by its warranty obligations.
We will report them to the BBB, but want to warn all good people out there NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I recently bought a tractor package from Big Red's- including a TYM 43HP tractor, FEL, 6' mower, 6' box blade, and 6' tiller. They agreed to meet me on the holiday weekend, despite being closed, because I had to drive a significant distance to come see them. The mechanic, Tiny, was helpful and made himself available on a hot Saturday and even helped a few other folks who showed up when I was there.
I was able to work out a reasonable deal with the owner, Jody, for the package and they delivered it very quickly. Jody was very attentive and engaged, speaking with me for several days over text messaging while we got the deal worked out.
The driver was courteous and helpful and gave me a few tips/pointers when he delivered it. Camille, in the finance office even helped me get my Ag exemption set up and Kyle helped explain questions I had about the contract. I was very pleased with the sales portion of the relationship. I recommend that you give them a shot and see what you think- I had a really good experience.

Bought a gooseneck trailer from here, the owner(Jody) agreed to fix any wiring or brake issues on the trailer before I picked it up, however after paying for the trailer in full, I got everything hooked up to find out that was not the case. I called him and he told me he didn't know what to tell me, that I should have showed up sooner, (they were fixing to close), then tried to tell me that trailers are wired different in TX than they are in OK(lie) and it was my truck that was the problem(12 Ram 3500). Jody is a lier, dishonest, and will not stand behind what he sells. There are to many honest dealers to waste your money at this place.

Great place to do buisness, everyone was very helpful. Had a little problem getting my trailer connected up and some one stayed late till I got my problem solved. Now I own a very nice T353 tractor, Brush Hog, Box Blade and a 20ft trailer. The staff from the secratary to the boss were very friendly, The finance guy got us quickly approved, the whole experience was very positive, if you are in the market for a tractor this is a great place to get a good deal and great service. I purchased a used Merry Tiller from Big Red's Equipment Sales that they advertised on Craig's List. The tiller had a small amount of gasoline in the bottom of the fuel tank, but ran well. When we returned home, I filled the fuel tank and started the tiller. I was surprised to discover that the fuel tank leaked badly around the horizontal seam between the top and the bottom of the tank. When I removed the fuel tank, I saw that a leak in the bottom of the tank had been repaired with epoxy. I spoke with two representatives of Big Red's Equipment. The son of the owner intially agreed to ship me a replacement fuel tank, but another employee, after speaking with the owner, refused to replace the fuel tank. I am appalled that if Big Red's knew about the leaking fuel tank, they would sell a machine with a defect that could cause serious injury or death to the operator. If they did not know about the defect, I am disappointed that they would not correct a problem of which they should have been aware.
