Again Cagney was helpful. He provided the installation instructions directly to my installer for me. My e-mail service would not accommodate the file I tried to send to my installer.
I belong to several car clubs and I can assure you I will tell the membership how positive this whole experience has been!

Bigboysgaragetoys was great to deal with.
The owner himself and Mr. Cagney Reed both reached out to me via email and telephone.
They were keeping me informed about BendPak having a major shopping delay.
After a month delay the unit arrived and has been great so far.

Question: Does this lift have a up safety shut-off? I have a lower ceiling requirement.

Bigboy garage toys offers great products at competitive prices. Great customer service. They work dilligently to accommodate customer needs. The carrier that was used to ship my product was slow which was not the fault of Bigboy Garage Toys. Overall I recomend anyone to shop with Bigboys
