My overall experience with Big Barker was beyond first rate ! Friendly and informative staff helped me make the right decision for my dog. I can be a difficult person to impress when it comes to my dogs but Big Barker coustom service enthusiastically answered every one of my questions. Beds are made and marketed in America from the best of the best components and they followed up even after we received our bed. The only thing that I would add to our bed is the waterproof liner only because my dogs are droolers. The bed is soft on top with a firm underlay, perfect for my older lab.

Love these beds. I didn't think we'd ever get our dog off our bed but this is like her own bed. It's as comfortable and supportive as a fine mattress. Better than ours honestly. I washed the cover after two weeks. I thought they advised that. I called the company to see why and my mistake it wasn't necessary. It washed beautifully and I figured it would be hard but was easy to get back on. I'm glad I invested in a good bed for my Sophie. We all sleep better. Love the small business mentality of the company and feel they'd stand by their product. I've bought plenty of beds at Sams and Petco in the past and they're flat as a pancake. Actually the cat uses it. I could go on but enough is enough. Keep up the good work Big Barker!

These dog beds are really well made, and you can tell great care and craftsmanship is put into their product. Sure, we have bought cheap beds at Costco, but guess what... they SUCK bad. Flimsy junk that eventually had no cushion at all, only mush. Big Barker beds are pretty "stiff", meaning they don't sink. With a couple of 10.5 year old labradors (very active field labs, but hey, they get creaky now unfortunately), it's important to invest in their well being. Yeah, Big Barker beds are not cheap, but guess what, you'll be buying a half dozen of those crap beds to only one of the Big Barkers. Do the right thing, buy quality made in the USA, you won't regret it. We have a "few" of these beds (including two in our Jeep), and we are happy with the quality.

Simple ordering process with constant updates as to the status of my order. Order status was accurate. Much better than the "typical" mail order pet companies out there. They continue to keep in touch after the sale to see how things are going. Very professional.

I recently purchased the XL Big Barker bed for our 95lb Standard Poodle, Red. He has not been able to have a bed because he always tears them up. He is older and is developing arthritis and needs a comfortable bed, therefore, we got the Big Barker. He loves it and sleeps very well on it but when he's awake, he wants to use it as a chew toy. He did tear the cover in the corners. Y'all suggested the Cordura cover that is more durable. You offered it at a discounted price. So we got that one and so far he hasn't torn it. So far so good. I believe this is a great bed...I could sleep on it.

Shipped quickly and where and how I needed it...thats big in Alaska...more importantly quality is as advertised...more dog loves it..
Bed we had before was flattened by our mastiff Harley...now the bed is so supportive he does not end up in a ball in a hole...he is able to be on top of the bed..Thank you I want Harley to be healthy and strong longer..I think a good bed is important!

My Rhodesian Ridgeback loves it. I opened the light weight box and unwrapped the condensed bed. Once it was unwrapped the bed inflated itself and Maddie jumped right on it. She doesn't sink to the floor and looks very comfortable. I even join her in the bed once in a while!
