I love this product. It does show that it is $20 but when it's in the cart, it is $23. When I got the product, I had ordered an extra shot of the scent. I didn't realize that when I placed the order. It is all good though.

When I put in a wrong email address your message popped up saying to use @ and then the website locked up - My whole computer locked me out with this message. I had to reboot everything and start over. I could not close message now could did cicking OK work. Second time was fine.

I sent an email asking if samples of other scents could be included in my order. Ann responded within 24 hours and said she'd be happy to include samples. I received 3 generous samples with my order and I was very, very happy with them all. I also loved the presentation of my package. It looked like a present when I opened it!
