The website is a bit slow and a bit unreliable (clicking on adding an item to cart doesnt always work) but i found a great deal (half of the typical retail price) and ordered a jacket. Unfortunately, size/color combinations that were not actually available were shown as available on the website and i ordered one of them. I later received an email from a customer service rep telling me that the order was cancelled and the amount was being refunded.
I asked about why and they gave me the actual reason that the size/color combination i ordered was not available (i'm glad i asked). Eventually i ordered a slightly different size/color combination and was able to get the item i was looking for.
The rough edges on the shopping experience aside, the item i ordered was great value for money and i am glad i found backwoods.com.
