wide pressure mounting gates are hard to find at a reasonable price. this site provided exactly what i needed. however, they dont pick up their 1800 number, but did return my phone call rather quickly.

VERY unsatisfied. Only sent gate when I ordered a 90" gate and extension set up. I took a day off work to travel 7 hours to my son's home to install this gate. Contacted Customer Service on a Tuesday and was assured they would ship it to the new address and I would have it on Saturday. I called again on Thursday and was told the extension pieces were in Sacramento, CA and she was going to try to reroute them to southern California. I received a call on Friday from Customer Service saying the shipment was lost and they would 2nd day the extensions. That told me they NEVER shipped the extensions in the first place. Today is Tuesday and they are supposed to be delivered today. Now I have to take another day of vacation to travel 7 hours again to go back and install the gate. Would not recommend. They should have sent the missing pieces overnight as this was all their error in the first place.

It is frustrating when you enter all of your information and the form does not like one thing - and you have to start over with CC info etc. Should be a way for that not to happen.

Just was surprised to get a black extention piece for the gate that I ordered in white.
So that delayed us getting that put up to use right away. Bummer!
Can I get a discount for having to wait another week--to get the white one delivered?

I love these gates simple to use and does the job! Not to mention the ease in which you can get in and out of rooms without climbing over the gate but simply walking threw the gate. Keeps pets where they should be and out of places they shouldn't.
