The website looks like it was designed 10+ years ago, and the credit card input fields were confusing (no list of which cards were accepted, and the PIN for my AMEX is NOT listed on the back of the card). I guess there's free shipping on all orders this weekend which is great, but this wasn't clear on the Shipping Method screen. If there's no choice in shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx) then why bother with this step? If this weren't the only place I'd found these gate parts I would shop elsewhere. Sorry.

The gate is very lovely and easy to put together. My only concern is with the extensions it is a little wobbly and our big dog could knock it over if he puts his weight into it.

You have good product offerings- I couldn't find the replacement gate parts anywhere but here. However, teh site feels very dated and I didn't feel very secure checking out--some things you may want to update.
