This is the easiest system to use and the people from Aware GPS are the most friendly and customer service oriented group I have come across in a long time. They take the time to call back when there is a problem and follow up with personal phone calls afterwards. Really a great outfit.

Would be nice to see the capabilities of each unit by clicking on them. Not sure what the wired unit will offer, but the vehicle is a 94 and not OBD2.

So far, so good. Site is easy to navigate, videos are helpful, installation instructions are fairly clear. The only thing I have not found an answer to is if there is a maximum usage per month, as indicated in the Ts & Cs (overage). But I doubt we will ever come near that limit, whatever it might be.

We where unable to use the first tracking device in our truck, so had to order the wired device. I did ask for a "bundled price" but was unable to get anything other than usual prices, customer service person was not accommodating.
