called arctic spa in Whitby ontario, they told me it would cost more for them to order my stuffs have been so disappointed with this store over the past 3yrs, used to be able to order stuff over $100 shipping was free now it's not ,couldn't find aqua finesse through your website,i hope u look into this matter, thanks
