Hi - I chose to buy from you to support local business (I'm also in West Yorkshire), and also because of the 'no top seams' and protective pocket aspects of your design.
I appreciated there may well be a delay in manufacture due to the current lockdown, and that's fine - I can't take my amp anywhare anyway - but being honest, you could have done better in keeping in touch to let me know what the plan was. I had to call you a few weeks after my order was made, and then what I was told was actually incorrect. I then waited thinking it would just arrive a little later than I'd been told, (I was being patient), and on the day I received the email re delivery i'd decided I'd waited long enough and had been about to call back.
Other than that, every thing is great-and the product is fab.
Thanks for the free pouch, but an email about the delay would have been preferred.
