Also Working with AmeriSave's representatives Steve Wells the Loan Originator NMLS ID #428441 and Evan Bockhausen the Processor NMLS ID #339500 made this refinance pleasant and was accomplished quite easily.

both loan initiator Shaun Barry and loan processor Sharon Crammer did exceptional job with my loan application: all my concerns were promptly addressed; unnecessary documentation was promptly excluded; communications were clear; Sharon went above and beyond her regular duties to accommodate my very difficult schedule around settlement time; she also negotiated with a title company a lower lender title insurance rate for me as being repeated customer. Overall, great job. If I will do another loan with Amerisave either refinancing or buying, I would love to have the same people handling it.
