The plumber did a good job. But with that I was very disappointed that showed up to replace the main water supple shutoff without a a 3/4" threaded ball valve. This is a commend fitting that I would expect to find on all your trucks. Then because he did not have the fitting I had to pay extra labor time for him to run to the store to get one. I expect a professional company to show up and work, not run around to stores getting common material for a job appointment which was scheduled to replace a main shutoff valve. No trouble shooting involved. Next time I will buy the material up front. Especially since your markups on the fittings was significantly inflated too.

Upon my initial call to inquire about a backup sump pump, Alpha was very responsive and informative, and were able to accommodate my schedule, Alpha installed a sump pump and a water-powered backup pump. The technician was pleasant, courteous, and skilled. He performed a few water pressure tests and explained how the unit would be installed. The work was neat and professional, and I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend to my friends.

Chris from Alpha was terrific--knowledgeable, friendly, informative. However, I felt the amount charged for less than 2 hours of work was steep.

Chris was prompt and professional. He had the tough job of changing out fixtures in a very tight, crowded space. He did a great job and was helpful in recommendations for future fixtures. My appointment was originally scheduled for a Monday but I expressed the desire to have the fixtures replaced before that. Alpha was able to accommodate my request. That was a tremendous help.
