no one has help me solve my problem=yes i've tried calling-O've ordered filters before -you changed the filter and now they're diffent

Its a very effective air purifier, I have kept it in my home office for years so I get clean air while I work. But I never got the app to sync with it and load data to and from the cloud. I could never link my phone - a standard iPhone with standard bluetooth - to the purifier.

The filter I received when I purchased the purifier it came with a really good charcoal filter that lasted 6 months (I live in a dusty agricultural area). My readings never went over 100. The replacement filters are crappy paper and only last 2-3 months with readings in the 400-500. SAME PRICE, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Please get the charcoal filters back. I’d like to continue using the wonderfully expensive purifier I purchased.

When I purchased my purifier it came with a wonderful charcoal filter that lasted approximately six months. My readings never went over 100. The replacement filters are paper only and my readings are 400 to 500. I do not understand how allergy buyers club and charge the same money for a cheaper filter at last maybe three months. I would like to continue using the purifier it's quiet and works well (with the correct filter). VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!! Please get the GOOD charcoal filter back.

I love my QuietPure! It's quiet and it cuts through the dust and particulate matter in my home. I breathe better! And my husband sleeps better with the ambient noise!! It's a double win!

Allergy Buyers Club is great! They have multiple products to meet everyone's allergy needs. They are easy to order from and if you ever have a problem their customer service is great! When I moved I somehow lost the base of my QuietPure. They sent me a replacement at no cost! Thank you Allergy Buyers Club!

The expense to benefit ratio for this filter is not a winner. To add further frustration, when a brand new filter is added the machine beeps at us at least once a day saying the filter is spent and needs to be changed. Touching the auto button clears the alert for another ~24 hours, but it’s deeply annoying. The app that’s supposed to connect to the QuietPure hasn’t been able to connect for months now. Would never invest in this machine if I had it to do over again. But I feel stuck with it now that we’ve already sunk so much money it it.

The website is fine. I appreciate the free shipping for orders over a certain amount. I'm not happy with the very expensive air filters we bought through you, so that association isn't great.

Customer service is very nice. However when I initially ordered the filter it never shipped out. Not sure why but wasn't contacted to correct whatever info was still needed. I had to call and ask what happened. Then it was shipped 2 weeks later received.

Within the first week of purchasing this teplacement air filter, our air purifier started beeping like the filter needed to be replaced. I dont understand why it's telling us it needs changed when it's supposed to last up to a year.

My only complaint with this product, of which I bought 2 - one for my workspace and one for my bedroom - is that after the first filter change the displays on both the machines started flashing and beeping about once a day, which is a pain when it wakens me. The filters are clearly not in need of changing, so this is some sort of bug. After changing the filters the second time, the one at work settled on particulate matter of 999, which makes it so that I cannot track rising/falling pm levels. Irrespective, they filter well as far as I can tell. The filters were much less heavy on the second change, which I hope means the air was already pretty clean when I put them in, rather than that they weren't working as well.
