FREQUENT ERROR MESSAGES. CAN'T ADD KNOW TRAVELER NUMBER - AS IT IS 10 DIGITS -AND YOUR SITE SAYS IT IS TOO LONG. WORKS FOR EVERY OTHER AIRLINE. IT IS 10 DIGITS ( TT112552K2). TRIED TO BOOK THIS MORNING OVER AND OVER - KEPT GETTING ERROR MESSAGE. COULD NEVER DETERMINE WHAT INFORMATION WAS MISSING - AS I TOOK OUT KNOWN TRAVEL NUMBER THEN AND CHECKED EVERYTHING MULTIPLE TIMES.
