the service was great, I would have liked to have herd of other loan programs that were available for us, but I feel like the one that they selected for us is a good selection. I also would have liked them to have sorted out the address issue prior to closing granted it was a multi party issue between the listing agents of the house and the lack of cross verification of county records. so I cant hold them 100% accountable for it.

All along we were getting a loan without needing to sell our current home. We were approved that way. We took our time putting our house up for sale knowing we didn't need to sell it. Once we put our home up for sale it sold within 3 weeks and was scheduled to close within a month around the time we were to close on our new house. he timing was perfect. I thought I would let our loan officer know that it was under contract. Unknown to me he decided to get our final approval contingent upon the sale of our home. By the time I learned that he did this ti was too late to get us approved the original way. Had he not done this we could have closed about 5 days earlier. What would have happened if the sale of our house fell through? Then the delay would have been even greater.
