Very easily manage and communicate with multiple businesses. I have to monitor up to four inboxes at any given time, this is a lifesaver. I hesitated to get a pid subscription, but it's a hub for everything, especially if you are a business owner. Manage your Business, Personal life, and everything else in one spot.
