Excellent service and communication from customer service
I received a confirmation email on my order immediately. When one of the items that I ordered was temporarily out of stock, I received both a telephone call and an email advising me of the situation and the estimated ship date. Rachel was great.

The jacket was for my daughter's dance team
they ordered them too large because they didn't realize they were unisex. I appreciate the phone call I received regarding an email I had sent about returning them and waiving the restocking fee but the girls decided to keep them. Service was excellent.

While the selection on-line was OK, I would like to see a wider range of styles
I did find good quality and value with the Pit Crew shirts I did find and selected.The embroidery dept is fairly vauge when it comes to some simple name or team embroidery work, as opposed to logos, both big and small or digital renderings, etc. I would have taken a na
me or a simple lettering job if I'd understood the 'stitch count' better. We're just a small race team of four.Shipping was excellent, as it arrived the next day that I had ordered the shirts. (UPS Ground) I guess it hepled to have the company practicaly next door.Thanx again
