postage price was a shock. Living regionally, I expected to pay for postage as pick up would be unavailable. However was disappointed it was much as it was.
an estimate for the postage during shopping, rather than at checkout may assist in managing expectations.
The trampoline itself is fabulous.

Instructions a little hard to follow, but got there in the end. Having videos that work on a mobile device would be good. You site doesn't work great on a phone, and I don't tend to have a computer in my yard. :D

Easy to get around website - would love the overall dimensions to be clearer for the trampolines. Ie mat size is one thing but how far out the rods make the overall size was difficult to find. Also the minimum gap between trampoline and hard structures was hard to find (had to go to install instructions) a diagram with all key information for each trampoline would be great!
