I have had the insets for a few months now and they are a life changer! I have been using them every day and my sciatica nerve pain is gone!! It has also aliviated my knee pain a lot. I am going to order a second set Just to have a backup. They hold the shape and support really well, but you never know when you are going to need a new set.

I like protalus a lot. The inserts feel more solid and high quality than the $400+ custom inserts my podiatrist had me order. The only negative I have is that I have very high arches and I feel like the protalus inserts just barely support them, it would be nice to have more solid support for my arches.

I like the T75 insoles for my low profile shoes. I was having really bad ankle and foot pain prior to wearing these. The pain isnt 100% gone but I'm not hurting everyday now. It's only been a month since I've been wearing them also. I ordered the M75 as well for larger profile shoes, but the athletic shoes I had were too small for me. I havnt purchased any new athletic shoes yet so I returned the M75 insoles for now. At least until I buy my walking shoes, then I'll know which ones I need.

Too much padding in heel, makes shoe slip off heel, and shoe too tight on top of foot.

My pressure point is the ball of my foot....but the just focus on the heel. The is just too much molding of the insole. Unless the shoe is a half size too large these insoles do not fit in Women's shoes.

This is a giant improvement and help to me. I would love to give a better rating but until my heel spurs don’t hurt at all I’m afraid I’d have to only say that this is helping but not curing .

This is like all medical equipment, it's both expensive and necessary so any help is appreciated. I am very grateful to Protalus for these inserts. On a side note, the 1/2 inserts that don't run the length of the shoe don't always stay in place if the insert forces my foot to slip out of the shoe when I walk, making it slip to the arch and my walk is off again, for a different reason. Because of feet sweat, this isn't solved with sticky tape. Something to think about.

Very happy with the fit and feel of this insert. I've found it's best for my loafers that have more material in the forefront to keep my foot in place. With the more open shoes I have, my heel slips up when walking. I'll look at the thin model and give that a try for those shoes.

I've had these inserts for 2 weeks in a new pair of Nike Zoom Pegasus ( putting inserts in a new shoe was key to success of these inserts for me). My Merrells weren't neutral enough to work with the Protalus inserts. Thus far, I love the way my feet feel, no pain,no numbness, My knees aren't complaining either. Ive got a high mileage walking week coming up and that shall be the next real test as I feel I've properly broken them in.

I had excellent customer service as I needed to return the first two pairs and Reordered the correct sizes. I may return the short dress shoe inserts as I'm not able to use in my dress shoes but will look for shoes this weekend and see if they will fit.

These inserts have replaced my older orthopedic inserts. I had a total knee replacement two years ago, and I feel that they have helped me to realign how I walk and alleviate some of the pain I was having.
