Fits perfectly in my work shoes (removed the factory insoles). Keeps my feet comfortable standing for most of a 12 hour work shift, and my back does not hurt like before.

I didn't find any difference with these or my Dr. Scholl inserts. I don't use them as much as my Scholls as they have more cushioning.

fit my right foot but left insert was very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, I didnt read the directions about slowly getting used to them a little at a time and started wearing them all day long so had a little discomfort in the beginning but has worn off. I would highly recommend.
