I went to PCeSupport's website for help on 2 consecutive days, for 2 separate issues, on 2 separate PCs. I was surprised to find myself instantly chatting online, in real time, with an actual human being who put me in touch with the proper tech person for my issue(s). When the techs called, they were refreshingly polite, patient and professional. In both cases, my issues were resolved in a timely and courteous manner, using remote controller software, which allows PCe's technician to view my screen and control my PC as if he/she were sitting beside me at my keyboard. Extremely convenient - no travel or shipping time(!) As a retired sysadmin myself, I very rarely use a PC repair service and would only call for help if I didn't have the skills or resources to fix a problem; suffice to say, these were _not_ simple fixes in either case. I have to say, I was pleasantly impressed with PCeSupport's personnel for both their tech expertise _and_ their people-skills. Needless to say, I wouldn't have contacted them a second time if I weren't entirely satisfied. To PCeSupport, I say 'Good Job, people' ... a comfortable experience, and well worth the modest price.
