We were interested in an on-demand label printing solution from Kenco. My salesperson listened to my needs and supplied a solution. At first when receiving it, I was a little overwhelmed by learning the new system, but when their support department helped with the initial setup creation of my templates and initial products database, I was very satisfied with how well the solution works for my business. I should have done this years ago, and am glad that Kenco was there to walk me through the process.

when registering a new account there were several times the system booted me out or would tell me " I didn't fill out the proper field" but I did fill out the proper field on more than one occasion! Very frustrating and almost caused me to buy from someone else! please work out the bugs
