All ok but was complicated to fill out order had to redo many times. . .could be user error of course . .
Took a long time to receive my order even though i gave my fedex number. . .missed the event that it was for. . .but thats ok. .. nice to have the buttons.
Missing the text on the rim of the buttons. . .not sure what went wrong there. . .

I think you should upgrade the website. You produce high quality products, and your customer service is great, but the website is cumbersome. One example: I needed to reorder product, but your order page doesn't show me what files correspond to what order numbers. I had to do the research myself.

Uploading a file is so easy, but designing online was bit daunting, maybe because I didn't have a lot of time, so I can't fully give 5 stars yet. Maybe on the next order....

My only complaint would be the difficulty I had in uploading my button file, despite the small file size, and despite trying several different file types. The online positioning / proofing wasn't very cooperative. Otherwise, i like your site.
OH and...no PDFs? I thought that was pretty much the industry printing standard...certainly not jpegs and pngs. Interesting!

The photo quality was superb however the letters were not. For the size of the button, the letters seem to a bit small which is something you cannot see when ordering the button.
