Incredibly rude phone experience when updating my shipping address (you shipped the product to the wrong address) and I had already updated online. Person on the phone treated me like a complete idiot. Didn't get his name but used the phrase 'I understand that' repeatedly. Will studiously avoid using your business in the future as I do a complete restoration on my 1971 Westfalia full camper.

Your on-line catalog is pretty easy to navigate. You DO NEED to adjust your product descriptions for fabric patterns to properly define what is being offered. If your fabric is basket weave from side to side, then say so. If the customer wants smooth bolsters and basket weave insert (original pattern) then tell the customer that. Pricing is what it is, BUT be up front about it.

The seat material WAS NOT the like the original I have in my '69 Ghia. I bought the car new in Dec '68. To have someone tell me that "basket weave" all the way across the seat from side to side is original and substantiated their claim predicated upon your catalog, tells me your catalog is incorrect. I think if your selling upholstery for VW's, you should take time to categorize what you have to match "original" and its cost. Had I known what you were sending me was not what matched original, I would have gone the route to get it from you. To hear that an additional upcharge AND delay of 6-7 weeks AFTER you get my "return order" and I am on a time schedule, just doesn't quite make it.
